Refund & Returns Policy

At Illumi Maps, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. If something isn't right with your order, we want to make it right. Please read our policy below.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@illumimaps.ca with:

  • A photo of the damaged item
  • Your order number

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom or personalized orders are made to order and are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you have a concern about a custom order, please reach out and we will do our best to find a solution.

Lettermail Shipments

We offer free untracked Canada Post Lettermail as a shipping option. Please be aware that Lettermail is uninsured and does not include tracking or delivery confirmation. Illumi Maps is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when this shipping method is selected. If you require peace of mind, we recommend choosing Registered Lettermail or Expedited Parcel at checkout.
