Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Canada only. All orders are handcrafted in small batches in Peachland, BC, and we take care to pack every order securely before it goes out the door.

Processing Time

Most of our smaller items — ornaments, keychains, and magnets — are kept in stock and ready to ship quickly. If, for any reason, your item is not available, we'll contact you. For smaller items, lead time is typically 2–5 business days, though larger or more complex orders may take a little longer.

Free Lettermail — Small Orders

Orders of up to 9 items from our Ornaments, Keychains, and Magnets categories qualify for free shipping via Canada Post Lettermail.

Please note the following about Lettermail:

• No tracking — Lettermail does not include tracking or delivery confirmation. Once it leaves our hands, we have no visibility into its progress.
• No insurance — Lettermail is uninsured. Illumi Maps is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when this method is selected.
• Delivery time — Canada Post estimates 2–9 business days for Lettermail delivery, though this is not guaranteed.

If you'd prefer tracking and insurance, we offer Registered Lettermail for $14 — a worthwhile upgrade for peace of mind.

Canada Post Expedited Parcel — $29 flat rate

Orders that don't qualify for Lettermail — including Framed Maps and larger ornament orders — ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel at a flat rate of $29 anywhere in Canada. This service includes tracking and is covered by Canada Post's standard insurance.

• Estimated delivery: 1–7 business days depending on your location in Canada
• You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships

Local Pickup — Peachland, BC

Local pickup is available free of charge in Peachland, BC. Illumi Maps is a home-based business, so pickups are by appointment only — please do not come by without arranging a time first.
